Introduction
To the many people in Massachusetts who have experienced election fraud, know you are not alone. Justice is coming. We won’t be the State Left Behind.
There are hundreds of election experiences in our towns and cities across the state. Massachusetts First, established in 2021, has been collecting election data and voters’ experiences, as well as data from election workers, many of whom have shared perspectives and operational methods. We thank the voters and the election workers who have come forward with affidavits, reports, information, and, most importantly, your trust and care.
What began as a productive exercise to investigate our elections escalated into election officials turning on the voters, treating us as enemies for asking questions. Transparency is out the window. They commit the crime, then amend the laws to cover it. Thanks to all the election workers who have not shut the door on us as others have.
What part did Massachusetts First play in our election discovery? We sent Hundreds of FOIA requests to 292 cities and towns, and many to the Secretary of the Commonwealth. We then sampled and analyzed thousands of documents and found insurmountable anomalies in the data.
A few examples:
In 2021, paper ballots were used in 20 towns, up from 51. Did that make a difference? No! It actually didn’t. For example, in Essex, during a hand recount for a state representative seat, the candidate who was up 10 votes lost the race by 1 vote. In this one example of many, how can we know for sure that any race without a recount is legit?
One Precinct in Worcester during the 2022 race did a recount the night of the election to make sure the tapes matched.
In the 2023 Taunton mayoral race, the voting equipment jammed during testing, creating a crippling backup with the absentee and disability ballots. A Massachusetts First member recorded this. Thanks to Maria Collins for inviting us to the testing.
Solutions:
Become engaged in the process. Know who’s who in your city/town elections. Research the election officials in your municipality, including the commissioner, wardens, and director. Keep in mind that no political party will help you. They work together behind the scenes to determine which candidates are allowed to run and to win. They have turned their backs on us.
Form your own community with like-minded individuals. It only takes TEN.
Ballots need to be blue-marked or watermarked. Our Voter ID number (each of us already has one) needs to be stamped on the ballot and traceable.
