With spring upon us, many are beginning to plan various outdoor activities. The Cape Cod Rail Trail has been a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The twenty-plus-mile trail offers the ability to venture through six towns in Cape Cod while enjoying scenic views along the way. It is open to the public for walking, running, biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing during the winter months. Hours of operation are from sunrise to sunset. If you need to park a vehicle, you may do so at Nickerson State Park. A fee will be charged between Memorial Day and October 31st.
