One of the most frequented tourist destinations in Massachusetts is Plymouth. The location is home to the first settlement of the Pilgrims. Visitors can take a visit back in time to the Plimouth Plantation (yes, that’s how it’s spelled), walk through trails, and see live-action displays of how settlers used to live. There is also a museum with actors portraying period characters while educating guests.

While visiting Plymouth, don’t forget to stop to see Plymouth Rock, the rock believed to be the one landed on by English pilgrims.
When you’re done exploring, take a day to relax and enjoy one of Plymouth’s beaches. You’ll be glad you did.
