Finding gluten-free baked goods that taste good isn’t always easy. Here is a simple recipe for gluten-free banana bread that even the gluten naysayers will love!

Ingredients for the batter:
- 1 ½ cups rice flour
- 2 ripe bananas (the browner, the sweeter the bread)
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup salted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Ingredients for the topping:
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the topping. Set aside. Grease a bread pan and then pour the batter into it. Then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture across the top. Bake your bread for 50 minutes to 1 hour. You will know it is done once a toothpick is placed in and comes out clean. Enjoy!
