Here’s a quick snack packed with protein and fiber to make you feel full. Plus, all ingredients are shelf-stable and tasty, too!

Ingredients:
¾ cup peanut butter
1 ¼ cup oats
3 Tbsp. honey
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then roll the batter into balls and store them in an airtight container.
If you prefer them firm, store them in the refrigerator. If you prefer them softer, keep them on the counter. Either way, they taste great!
