Congratulations to Laura Tamagno

Congratulations to Laura Tamagno, one of our regular contributors to Massachusetts First, on her well-crafted response to a recent Letter to the Editor penned by Walter Haug in the Marblehead Weekly News.

Mr. Haug, like so many leftists with Trump Derangement Syndrome, accused the *former* President of displaying fascist behavior. He ends with the typical fear-mongering prediction:

“If he wins the election for president this year be prepared to bloodletting, vendettas, full-scale destruction of established norms of good governing. The man is a psychopath and he has millions of sycophants. If you are a Trump supporter, you are one of these millions and you will destroy us.”

How shallow is the Leftist Bucket of Ideas? How laughable? And one can’t help but wonder if Mr. Haug’s “bloodletting” might be a threat from his side.

Regardless of the tired trope, Ms. Tamagno took the time to reply with facts, something lacking in Mr. Haug’s letter. She listed many, but not all, of the positive accomplishments of the Trump administration and then a great number of negatives (but certainly not all) under Biden, ending with a sentiment we at Massachusetts First wholeheartedly echo:

“This is not “good governance”. It’s chaos by design, ineptitude, or both. Like millions of others, I look forward to the return of peace and prosperity.”

False accusations of fascism never survive the strength of truth and should always be challenged. Thank you, Laura. You’re our hero.
